Privacy Policy

The short version

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. We don't collect personal information unless you actively send us a message via the contact form or click an installer referral button. We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic statistics (anonymised) and Google AdSense to serve ads, both of which set cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time.

What data we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form submissions — name, email, message content. Used only to respond to your enquiry. Retained for 24 months then deleted.
• Calculator inputs — never leave your browser. We do not see or store the floor area, property type, or other values you enter.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised traffic statistics (no personal identification). Set via cookie.
• Google AdSense — sets cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.

Data security

We host on Hostinger Premium with TLS/SSL encryption, automated backups, and standard web application firewall protection. We use strong passwords and 2FA on all admin access. We do not store any payment or financial information.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
